[00:01:45] fun and it is I haven’t drank in three months no no that’s lazy hacky never cheer for it because

[00:01:59] you know what I want people to cheer for me is when I go into work in the morning I’m like didn’t kill

[00:02:04] myself yesterday that is an achievement for some people fitness and yoga and I found that through

[00:02:14] having an eating disorder about to wind up in a Western site for for those of you that have been

[00:02:21] sweet great job thanks for making it out um it was uh I have a real problem with Authority so I

[00:02:29] decided to not listen to anybody and learn for myself so that is uh what led me to become a

[00:02:35] fitness professional I helped myself and I thought man I can probably help some other people too and

[00:02:40] that became my job so about two years ago because I knew I wanted to be a dad and I couldn’t be a

[00:02:49] dad if I was in a bad state of mind you know what I mean that’s very very important so thank you
