[02:28:15] Thank you.

[02:28:26] We’re back.

[02:28:28] And we are back.

[02:28:30] And we are back.

[02:28:33] Are you guys back from your beach?

[02:28:35] Are you feeling relaxed?

[02:28:38] Relaxed, woozy, and just…

[02:28:40] Weighty.

[02:28:42] That weight has been lifted, I feel like.

[02:28:47] Back to reality.

[02:28:48] Have either of you ever tinkered with mindfulness?

[02:28:51] I think it’s a good practice.

[02:28:52] Oh, absolutely, yeah.

[02:28:53] Definitely one of my therapeutic techniques.

[02:28:55] That I use with my clients.

[02:28:57] So, I do it often.

[02:29:02] Yeah, it’s one that…

[02:29:05] Yeah, there’s a lot of science behind it.

[02:29:07] Even though it’s…

[02:29:09] On the surface, you know, seems like kind of hard to wrap your head around.

[02:29:14] It’s definitely hard to put into practice, too.

[02:29:18] Hard to set aside that time to be quiet.

[02:29:21] Yeah.

[02:29:23] Yeah.

[02:29:24] And I know that what works for a lot of my clients is seeing five things in your environment.

[02:29:35] Four things that you could, you know, touch or feel.

[02:29:38] Three things that you could hear.

[02:29:39] Two things that you could smell.

[02:29:42] One thing that you could actually taste and maybe even say.

[02:29:48] That technique tends to help them quite a bit.

[02:29:53] So, but thank you, Dr. Tammy Miller.

[02:29:58] It was nice seeing you.

[02:29:59] I wish we could have seen you in person.

[02:30:02] It’s been quite some time.

[02:30:04] So, but thank you again.

[02:30:07] Yes, thank you, Damon.

[02:30:10] All right.

[02:30:11] Well, let’s wrap it up, huh?

[02:30:16] Well, before we go, Tyler.

[02:30:21] So, I don’t know if anybody can really see my shirt here, but this ghost shirt was crafted by a friend of mine, Sandy.

[02:30:30] I’m just going to drop the link in the YouTube right now.

[02:30:34] So, if you want to go ahead and cop that, go ahead and follow that link and you’ll be able to purchase that.

[02:30:40] So, that’s my slow plug for her.

[02:30:42] Thank you again, Sandy, for everything that you’ve done.

[02:30:45] Good stuff.

[02:30:49] Well, tell us.

[02:30:52] Well, Sandy is an artist that’s flying under the radar, but she is highly skilled and she’s done some crap work for me.

[02:31:02] She made this artwork because, you know, everybody knows I love Superman.

[02:31:09] So, right there.

[02:31:12] She didn’t do that.

[02:31:13] She painted this, my cornhole game.

[02:31:18] She painted Batman on one and then Superman on the other.

[02:31:22] So, yeah, it’s really awesome.

[02:31:26] And I want her artwork to be out there.

[02:31:29] She’s definitely a close friend of mine.

[02:31:32] And her boyfriend is one of my best friends.

[02:31:37] So, I definitely want to support them and let them know that, you know, I’m looking out for them.

[02:31:45] All right.

[02:31:47] Well, good luck, Sandy.

[02:31:51] I like the logo.

[02:31:53] I think it’s cool.

[02:31:54] Yeah.

[02:31:56] All right.

[02:31:57] Well, gentlemen, it’s been a pleasure, as always.

[02:32:02] As always.

[02:32:04] As always.

[02:32:06] I feel like this is different because we are, we’re not there in the moment.

[02:32:15] And, you know, we somehow always find a way to keep everybody engaged.

[02:32:21] And it’s, people are still afraid.

[02:32:24] Like, I feel like COVID has kind of pushed us apart.

[02:32:29] And I don’t want us to, you know, allow something so dramatic to push us away from the human connection.

[02:32:38] So, I think what we’re doing here is great.

[02:32:41] This is not, you know, by any ways a deterrent for me.

[02:32:44] Like, I love Malcolm’s idea of maybe coming back with it, you know, in a few months or so.

[02:32:51] Because it definitely helps.

[02:32:55] It definitely helps.

[02:32:56] So.

[02:32:57] Definitely.

[02:32:58] Yeah.

[02:32:59] Well, yeah.

[02:33:00] I was just excited to get all the people who sent videos and, you know, hopped on the open mic with us the way they did.

[02:33:12] That was one thing that I think technology helps us with.

[02:33:15] So, yeah.

[02:33:16] Thank you, everybody who succumbed to my pestering and submitted some videos for us.

[02:33:23] Man, they were all incredible.

[02:33:26] You know, I watched them all before we posted it.

[02:33:28] And I just, I knew that people were going to be touched by them and affected.

[02:33:33] Yeah.

[02:33:34] Thanks.

[02:33:35] All right.

[02:33:36] Well, everyone.

[02:33:37] Malcolm.

[02:33:38] Have a good night wherever you are.

[02:33:40] And thanks for being part of this.

[02:33:41] Malcolm, it’s been real.

[02:33:42] Thank you, brother.

[02:33:43] Yes, it’s been real, y’all.

[02:33:44] Once again, thank y’all for letting me be a part of this.

[02:33:45] This is all we do.

[02:33:46] Yes.

[02:33:47] All right.

[02:33:48] Thanks again, everybody.

[02:33:49] Take care.

[02:33:50] You guys remember, you’re not alone.

[02:33:51] Not in this fight.

[02:33:52] Yep.

[02:33:53] Yep.

[02:33:54] Yep.

[02:33:55] Yep.

[02:33:56] Yep.

[02:33:57] Yep.

[02:33:58] Yep.

[02:33:59] Yep.

[02:34:00] Yep.

[02:34:01] Yep.

[02:34:02] Yep.

[02:34:03] Yep.

[02:34:04] Yep.

[02:34:05] Yep.

[02:34:06] Yep.

[02:34:07] Yep.

[02:34:08] Yep.
